Most event venues require the host of the event to purchase special event insurance, aka one-day event insurance. The problem is there are dozens of carriers online and they all advertise the same buzz words such as fast, easy, affordable and comprehensive.

This sounds great, but inaccurate coverage is far too common with special event insurance. This is not only a huge liability exposure for the host of the event, but the owner of the event venue as well.
